With over 25 years in the real estate industry as an investor, landlord, and land developer, Suzanne is a top-producing real estate agent with the skills and expertise to deliver a winning real estate experience. Having resided in the Northern Virginia/DC area since 2001, Suzanne has the connections and local expertise needed to serve her clients in this competitive market, including finding off-market and unique listings. As a real estate owner and successful investor, Suzanne has experience building horse properties, custom homes, renovating properties, long-term and short-term rentals and developing raw land.
As a second-generation real estate agent, Suzanne grew up watching her mother expertly negotiate and advocate for clients. After many years in the corporate sales and marketing world, Suzanne realized real estate is her passion as well. Suzanne’s mission is to provide her clients with a white-glove real estate experience through unrivaled communication, service and expertise, and to deliver outstanding results. Suzanne holds an MBA in marketing and management from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in finance from The College of William and Mary. She lives on a farm in Loudoun County with her husband, two dobermans, two horses, cat and an infinite number of nocturnal critters. In her spare time, she enjoys her horses; traveling; water skiing; growing lavender; and volunteering. Besides having a healthy addiction to real estate, she is also obsessed with hugs from her family, the awesomeness of God's Word, EOS Lip Balm, and a good cup of coffee.
